1. Booking & Full Settlement To ensure seamless execution, our departures are limited to four private journeys per year. Single Settlement: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of 100% of the expedition value. Logistical Allocation: This single-tier payment allows our concierge team to instantly secure all arrangements. By handling all financial arrangements upfront, we eliminate any subsequent billing touchpoints during your journey. 2. Cancellation & Revision Schedules Because all logistics, private charters, and expert personnel are fully committed immediately upon confirmation, we do not offer cash refunds. Should your schedule change, your allocation is managed according to the following structure: 90 Days or More Prior to Departure: 100% of your payment is preserved as a Future Travel Credit, valid for 24 months toward any upcoming seasonal departure, subject to availability. 89 to 61 Days Prior to Departure: 70% of your payment is preserved as a Future Travel Credit valid for 12 months. The remaining 30% is retained to cover non-recoverable supplier commitments. 60 Days or Less Prior to Departure: Cancellations within this window result in a 100% forfeiture of the expedition value, as all local infrastructure and private assets are fully locked. Note: Given the limited frequency of our annual departures, we kindly request that guests secure comprehensive travel insurance featuring "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage to protect their allocation. 3. Waitlist Procedures With only four departures annually and strictly capped guest lists, vacancies are managed through a structured queue. Priority Deposit: To join the waitlist for a specific departure window, a fully refundable deposit of $1,500 USD is required. This deposit may be recalled at any time prior to a slot opening. The 24-Hour Window: Should a opening occur, the concierge will notify the first guest in line. The guest has 24 hours to accept the placement. Activation: Upon acceptance, the $1,500 USD deposit is applied directly to the journey, and the remaining balance must be settled within that same 24-hour window to finalize the reservation. If left unsettled, the opening will be offered to the next guest in sequence.
